Community Impact is a corporate social program that connects faculty and staff with opportunities to give back to their local communities. They sought out a means to define exactly what it means for Advisory Board employees could give back, so we created the Community IMPACT buckets. This branding initiative gave different types of social programs within the Advisory Board Company an identity and an umbrella to exist under. Everything from the pattern to the color choices, to the icon system is meant to provide employees with visual cues to identify what works best for them, if they choose to participate in Community Impact.
